They don't seem to be full electric. The front door card should have the switches for the seats.

You re right, but these door cards are facelifted w210 so the electric switches should be at the side of the seat. Not sure is they are 1998 unless they put these seats in the late ones.

My car is a facelift. It has part electric seats with the switches on the seats. But full electric seats have the switches in the door cards.

Part elec switchs on the seat and full memory switchs on the door.
