W210 Cassette holder remolval?

Hi, how do I remove the cassette holder in my car, I've tried pulling but no go, done a search on here and nothing found.
It can either be the x6 inner bit or the whole thing with the door on it.

You will need to remove the ashtray below it first. You can search for a howto on this. Good luck.
