W210 e280 w reg petrol.
I bought a new crankshaft sensor only to find eventually that it did not fit. I had been bending the pins, and having a no start issue. I went back to the original, still no start. I have bought a Bosch one, it looks a good fit. But I think the wiring plug is now stretched and not making a good fit. The plug will easily pull off the sensor. I think this is the main reason for my, crank no start issue.
Their are two different crankshaft sensors for this car.
I have on a previous ford been able to renew plugs on a loom, by taking them apart and rebuilding with scrap yard plugs.
Will I need a new loom or can I fit a better plug.
Anyone have any similar experience.
