Hello,

Having read on the forum that it is not possible to set the idle rpm at a user desired speed, I was wondering if the idle rpm was increased to a deisred setting by tightening the accelerator cable a bit. The idle speed would increase, but would this result in any damage?

I personally prefer the engine to turn over at idle a bit faster, say 850 / 900 or so.

Thanks in advance

UPDATE:
Tried it out a few weeks ago, thought I should post if anyone needs this: No it does not help. When you press the brake pedal, the egine reverts back to original idle speed!
