Recently done the whole lot on my S203 C55 AMG . My advice ? Trust what you actually currently see on the car , not what you see on a website . Do not use your reg number to search , use VIN. The coil springs can be particularly tricky you might find a number of different p/n for the same car .
Look at your springs and hope to see colour codes , the rubber seat the rear springs sit in come in 4 thicknesses (for my car) and will change the ride height , hopefully you can get under the car , the number is moulded into the rubber . Failing that the number of burls moulded into the rubber also indicate its thickness.
Can you se where this is going ? It's not massively complicated but unless you know what you have in there already you could make (small) unintended changes . I was fortunate enough to still be able to see the colour codes and most of the AMG p/n on my old front springs that were made by Eibach.
Eibach in the UK steered me to Eibach Germany...who would not sell to me and pointed me to Mercedes Benz who ,after a while, managed to find two front springs....in Germany.
Shock absorbers are another kettle of fish. If I type in my reg I can buy a new rear shock that will fit for £30 or one ten times that amount. It depends on what you want to do with the car going forward. Here are a few pics . None pertaining to your car , just general advice.
I went for MB supplied Eibach front springs , basically the only ones I could trust were correct after much research , Sachs rear springs of the same length, wire diameter , coil diameter and number of coils. , rubber 'donuts' from MB (very cheap, and correct thickness) and Koni (made in the Netherlands) gas shocks as they suited my needs and came in at a decent price from AutoDoc .
I took ride height measurements before and after ended up spot on . Do your research and you will get what you need.
PS . AMG specific can often be different from other cars .
