I recently posted regarding a problem with my 2002 W210 which has only 75000 miles on the clock with a full service history..
I was getting a CEL and cylinder 5 misfire under acceleration. I changed the plugs and leads and ran some injector cleaner which has fixed that issue but I still have a lumpy idle especially when cold. I have tried a spare MAF sensor in case it was that but no change.
Any ideas where I should go next?
Incidentally, there has been a noticeable improvement in fuel consumption following the plug change.
