At traffic lights the car idles uncomfortably unless I have the transmission in D. It also has a "shake" when the engine is turned off. What do you think? Engine mounts?
If so, how easy/hard a job is this? I have seen the post re: e300td but I'm not sure the om613 mounts are changed in the same way.

Seems like mounts, get them checked. They are installed in the same way.

Just the same.
You may want to do the gearbox mount as well.

As well as mounts run some neat injector cleaner through from the filter, to clean out the injectors.
