as you can guess im car shopping, if I could safely put my ebay watch list on the internet I would, however I dont like the interior in this, it has all the switches im looking for though, but I think the exterior is stunning,

with my sensible head why cant I find a W210 E320 CDI/E300TD in black with black heated leather and digi climate, im assuming all diesel W210s are fairly low speced, and those that are not are not for sale!!!

Is that Titanite Red? I quite like it. I was looking at an ML in the same colour the other day, only problem with that was the Java interior.

I agree that once the cars get a little older, the only sensible interior is Black, as grey and java show their age much more.

With regard to finding well specced diesels, I agree they are harder to find and cost more. I think you are more likely to find a 320 or 430 with all the toys on. And if you don't do many miles then they still make a lot of sense, as they are significantly cheaper upfront.

Good luck in your search, they are out there, my dad has an E320 with everything on it (incuding a rear blind and sunroof), with a black interior in Violane. Unfortunately he is not selling

I know the feeling, I look high and low before finding my E320 cdi estate, even then I didnt get everything I wanted. It seems the people with the good ones wont sell and if they do its at a silly price. Hang in there, one will turn up! If you can find one with COMAND, it really does bring the interior up to date.

I have been keeping my eyes open for roughly 18 months, ever since I sold my E55, I have a list of definates, nice to haves and then oh thats a bonus, just can`t seem to find the one I want, and as you say, when they come up they want silly money, which is why I keep looking at E55`s and W220 S classes which cost the same to buy and I keep ignoring the running costs!!!
