W210 E55 Alternative oil to Mobil 1?

Is there another synthetic 0W40 I can use in an E55 other than Mobil 1?
I don't think Mobil 1 is available here in Jersey (unless maybe I buy from dealer) - so was wondering if it is acceptable to use another synthetic 0W40 oil??

If not I guess I can order on line, but was hoping to aviod because of the postage weight!

Any thoughts?

Shell Helix much better than Mobil 1 IMHO

Thats the problem of living on a small island without many places to buy from!
