hi all, the engine light has been uluminated for some time & one day the car would not start, i had the battery checked & a new one fitted, then engine light was out, battery has been in for 1 week now & engine light has come back on, any help greatly received, cheers chris

If yours is pre 2001 you will have to plug it in via the round socket in the fuse box under the bonnet drivers side.
