W210 estate,can I add a 10CD changer.

I have a CD10 head unit, if I can source a 10 disc changer will it just connect and where does it go.
Do I need any leads?
I have seen optical mentioned, is mine?
Car is W210 estate y ear 2000.

Inside the cover in the boot (the one opposite the spare wheel)... sometimes the wiring is already there...

Is it a 7 seater? as i think a better position is under the lift up storage area at the back of the boot floor..
