W210 Estate rear washer jet

Just had a depressing visit to Mercedes in Stourbridge.Went to buy a little piece of plastic ie the rear washer jet head with the ball nozzles. Told by parts youth that I have to buy the whole pump at £128.00 plus VAT as the jet is not available by itself. Any one know better and where I can buy the nozzle part alone ?
