W210 head gasket help

Hi all,I'm new to this forum and would appreciate any help reguarding my E200K head gasket problem.
1) approx how much will I expect to pay a dealer to carry out the work?
2)are there any workshop manuals for my model out there?
3)has anyone carried out this job who could give guidance for me to attempt it myself?
4)prices of parts needed.
before people say,It's DEFINATELY gone as it's using water and the oil is like sludge
Just in case someone is thinking of buying a 2000 E200k W210-Don't!!!
I've owned two Mercs from new-this being the worst car I've owned period!!!!!-the body work is rusting around me,the rear sub frame bushes need changing(129,000miles)-and now the head gasket's gone!!!-I had a Ford which did 200,000+ before the bushes needed changing-and there was NOTHING wrong with the engine when I sold it!-thank you Mercedes
for a piece of FINE GERMAN JUNK!.

And how often has the antifreeze been changed?

The car has been fully serviced by Mercedes from new-the anti freeze has been changed once since new if I remember rightly-they check the content and level at every service interval I believe
