I'm looking into replacing my suspension soon. After looking at different setups I have my heart set on a h&r cup kit setup (see ebay link below).

Look at this on eBay H&R 31033-2 MB E-Class W210 Sedan Cup-Kit Sport Suspension-Kit 60/40mm | eBay

According to the description it drops the car 60mm front and 40mm rear. Has anyone had experience with this setup or something similar, did dropping the car 60mm cause the tyres to catch.

To achieve the 60mm drop it means having #1 shim pads therefore if 60mm does cause the tyres to rub I could raise the car slightly by going with a #5 shim pad right?

Are you on Elegance trim (normal) suspension?
If so, I have a set of 4 Avantgarde springs and cups for the S210 for sale, cheap.
AG low enough...

Hi mate, mine is an avantgarde not sure what size shim pads I have.

The front is sitting pretty low however the rear has a noticeably larger arch gap which I want to eliminate.
