My w210 E280 V6 has a misfire at high revs (About 5000rpm). I have changed the plugs, the filters and cleaned the MAF but still have the problem. Any suggestions as to how I might find the cause of the problem?

You say you have changed the plugs. Have you got the plug leads on the right plugs and are they secure onto the plug? Might be a good idea to get the codes read too.
Thanks for that. I marked the plug leads before removing them to make sure I put them back correctly. I have had the misfire for quite a while - well before I changed the pluG. I asked the agents to check some time ago but there were not a great help. We have a Bosch service facility nearby. Do you think their diagnostic kit will identify the problem or is it something only the agents can fix?
