W210 S210 Lower jacking point rust

Hello. Any ideas on how to fix the rust on a 2001 E320? This is the bottom section where the rubber pad is fixed into the body (not the side hole underneath the side skirt where the jack slides into). Are replacement parts available from Mercedes or anywhere else? Thanks
