w210 super turbo conversion

Hi to all, just wonder how much will cost to convert my e300 TD 1998
into superturbo beast ,
or will it be easier just to buy e270 cdi, 2003 -2005 with manual gearbox,
stick in it OM 606 engine, and buy e300 non turbo diesel mechanical pump
advice needed please

That's a bit of a vague question, you need to know what you want to build before you can work out cost's.

I don't keep track of it but I've easily spent 10k+ on mine.

Like carat said, depends what your end aim is? 300bhp daily driver or a 600bhp track car?

Assuming your starting with a om606 already bolted in your car, your going to spend 4.5k in parts alone to get a 400hp smoke free engine.

That's not including gearbox and drivetrain work, or any labour cost's.

Some will say it can be done for less but the result is not pretty or reliable.
