W210 viberation at speeds 60mph+

My e320 has a very noticeable viberation at motorway speeds. This may be a really obvious answer but I've just had my wheels painted would they need to be ballaced again due to the weight difference :/ and could this be the cause.

Other than this what's a good place to start with diagnosing the problem... does anyone have any similar experiences if so what was the cause.

They should have removed the tyres and balance weights to paint the wheels so they would need re-balancing. Most refurb places do this so either they haven't or they got it wrong. I would go back and complain.

This turned out to be my wheel alignment, so worth getting that checked out if anyone is having similar symptoms. Got a four wheel laser alignment done and realised my toe needed adjusting (a lot). This may have more than likely killed the inside of your tyres too!
