W210 which diagnostic machine

I have a cheep plug-in and now I bought the icarsoft mb2 !

The cheep one is £15, I
need something better. The icarsoft has no w210 showing on the menu, I'm about to return this.
Do I need to buy the specific icarsoft 38 pin adapter to gain access ( I have access to a cheep 38 pin adapter)

What other diagnostic machine will give me access to the w210
I do not want to pay for a star.

My car is a 1999 Mercedes e280 petrol.

I have launch x431 which has the 38pin adapter seems to do quite well on them it’s almost like the old HHT Mercedes used back in the day.

I have had a look at the x431, it seems that ranges from £89 to the £0000's.
I am thankful for your input, but which one!
Having looked into it, these companies do not like to be specific. Best advice so far, look for the 38 pin adapter and the word Mercedes. And be prepared to return!
