W211 320 CDI brake issue on cold running

Hi Guys,

On my 211 07 registered, when the car is run when the engine is cold, when approaching a junction or having the need to brake slowly, before the point of a complete stop the car almost seems as though it slams on the brakes more than im pushing the brake pedal.

has anyone experienced this?

so basically if im doing a gradual slow approaching brake, the car seems to brake harshly more than i'm pressing down slowing it down further more than i'm controlling if you kno what i mean?

It's probably down to the pads and discs warming up, the pad compound is probably designed to work better as it warms up, to some extent.
