    Hi guys need a help to sort out this one please
    Out of nothing the message on the cluster came on
    BATTERY PROTECTION:CONVENIENCE FUNCTIONS TEMPORARY UNAVAILABLE
    but nothing wrong with the car

    I had same fault, get battery checked.

    Replacing battery in boot cured issue in my car.

    Main battery low voltage.

    Make sure the battery cable clamp is tight. I got that message when mine was loose.

    You'll also get it if you haven't driven the car a while eg if it's a weekend toy, surprising how much power a car uses when it's turned off and locked.

    Only a problem of you get it on a frequently used car as it is likely to be a failing battery as others have said.

    SOLVED. today morning it says please note: all functions available again. I haven't done anything though
