W211 Alloy's on a W210 ???

My car is a 2001 W210 E320 CDi Estate with 215/55 R16 93W Tyres.

I have been offered a set of Alloy Wheels from a W211 - 7 1/2 inch wide with 225/55 X 16 Tyres fitted.

Does anyone know if the Offset and the Fitting Bolt Centers are the same to allow a straight swap.

Mike, I think the offsets are different mate.

I can check my MB Alloy Wheel brochure later when I am home but from memory its not a straight swap.

They should go on fine.

I recently sold a set of 8Jx17" alloys from a W211, customer fitted them to his W210 no problems.
I think the offset was ET38, which is fine for a W210...
