W211 Audio20 code

Hi, I hope some one can confirm.

Is it correct that MB Audio20 on a 2006 S211 will not need a security pin to reinstate after both batteries are disconnected?

I'm sure the answer is within the vaults of this wonderful forum but I just can't seem to nail the answer down.

Can anyone help please?

No code required for a 2006 car.
You may have to reset the windows /sunroof afterwards though.
