W211 - cigar lighter wiring help!!!

Hi y'all. A car related question - whatever next!!!

My W211 has the following wires going into the back of the cigar lighter - Red with white stripe, Blue with light blue stripe and brown

I want to add another socket on - which is live and which neutral please?

Brown is ground, I think the Red/White one is +12 it is if its as thick as the brown and thinker than the other. The last is lighting
