I wanted to update the firmware on my comand unit, I was advised to use this site:
Daimler AG - Service & Parts net

But unfortunately the links are dead, does anyone have any alternative link or even the CD?

and what's the latest available firmware version for these units?

That's great, but I believe that I also need to update the nav drive in the boot, is there any download link available for that?

Nav firmware is on the Nav disk. No need to do separate updates unless something has gone wrong badly.
