W211 - Convenience features disabled

This is still happening. Had a new convenience battery installed by TMS and the message vanished for about 5 miles but is now back on. Biggest issue of course is no heated rear screen!

Any ideas?

That alert is due to main battery voltage. Can't remember your repair actions; What's the battery voltage, what's the alternator voltage? (I guess it must be low if part of the function shut down). Is the BSG module software updated? Is BSG module tested? Is isolation relay of the auxiliary battery tested? All tests can be done via star guidance and multimeter/clamp current meter...

Are you doing short journeys ie not giving main battery chance to charge up?
Had this issue with mine and changed the battery to a Bosch silverline.

sounds like battery control module, first stop will be to make sure it has the updated software, needs a STAR hooked up
