W211 E-class headlight removal.

I wonder whether anyone has any advice on removing the headlights from a 2004 W211 E220 ?

I had a look through the internet, and all I see is the removal of the front bumper, before you can remove the headlights.

Is there any easier, less time consuming method, that is doesn't involve so much deconstruction of the front of the car ?

Nope, Bumper has to come off, only takes about 20 mins.

Thanks merc85, that what I thought, looking at the various video's. Is it that simple to remove ?

I have had the under-arch mud protection panel off, last year, to replace the alarm siren, on the drivers side, so I know how to get those panels off.
