Hello i want to change engine oil .I have been using 5w40 oil .The car has 300.000 km and is very noisely.what oil should i use ???

What do you mean noisy? I doubt oil will make it quiet.
10/40 or 5/40 is ok as long as it meets spec is fine but I doubt either will quieten a noisy engine
