W211 e280 tapping sound

I got engine overhauled and got oil and filter change after 3000 kms. Now I hear a uniform knocking / tapping sound in engine head. I will upload sound on YouTube and send the link.

It is a 2007 model.

Any ideas what to check.

Possibly a sticky lifter/tappet. Does it increase with revs?

What's the mileage on the car? Is it the OM642 engine?

Remains same with revs but sometimes I feel it gets faster when I rev up with rpm.

I don't think it was there after the overhaul and only started coming after the oil change.

What's the mileage on the car? Is it the OM642 engine?

yes it is OM 642. The overhaul was done at 138K and now it is 141K.
