W211 E320 CDI fault code G3/02

Hi guys, Please can someone help? My E320 CDI V6 OM642 is very poorly. She has no power although starts first time all the time. Idles nicely. The code coming up is G3/02, so I changed the 02 sensor (there is only one sensor????). Fitted new sensor, cleared codes and still the same. NO lights on the dash but, its like its in limp mode. Can anyone please advise and am I correct in thinking theres only one 02 sensor and thats on the drivers side exhaust near the gearbox sump? PLEASE .......THANKS, Sheldon

The car is in limp mode because of a fault . The O2 sensor doesn’t cause that .
You can do with an MB specialist .
Where do you live for a recommendation
