I have a 2006 W211 E320 CDI Estate and am looking for an independent supplier of new OEM parts. I'm considering replacing the majority of the coolant hoses and possibly the water pump. Is there any member here who can access new OEM parts or has a business providing such parts? Has anyone a ball-park figure re price including VAT (if applicable) for a whole set of new hoses and water pump for the above vehicle?
In the near future I'm hoping to replace certain parts as a whole project. Electronics are always a worry and I don't know if the actual wiring will start to deteriorate due to some shelf life.
Projects will be things like the whole coolant system re hoses, coolant container, pump etc and possibly braded brake hoses etc. One area as a project annually or as necessary.
I can use the main dealership if they can get the parts but I might be able to put some custom the way of an independent if they can provide new OEM parts.
The vehicle is seventeen years old and I'm wanting to keep it and hopefully form a good business relationship with an independent supplier who is ideally a member of this club.
