w211 e55 alarm problem.

Once I use the car and then lock it up the alarm goes off after about 20 mins.
It sounds strange tho, it warbles. Try and turn it off and it sounds like it chuckles at you but keeps sounding. It takes about 4 or 5 attemps before it finally turns off.
Any ideas?

Only buy it from MB. It's a sealed unit. The new sirens seem to be better too.
