W211 E55 brake pad upgrade & Brake Lines

I've been advised to put stainless brake lines and better pads on my E55 - any recommendations?

EBC Redstuff pads are recommended. Far less brake dust too.
Can't help with the stainless brake lines.

Used to put stainless brake lines on Mini's & a Cerbera but I would have thought the lines on a E55 with SBC were far superior & not need any upgrade. If the brakes felt spongey the stainless brake lines used to stop that& give a firmer feel, but as I said I doubt it would improve a SBC system?

Thanks guys. I aren't a massive fan of EBC brakes, I have YellowStuff on my M5, is RedStuff better?
