W211 head light nightmare

Hi guys, not been on much due to ill health and ops. Hope everyones well.

Got myself in to a little pickle earlier.

My xenon lamps were a little on the dim side so i decided to change them, why did i bother.

Passanger side was a little easier and I managed to get it back in, the drivers side what a ball ache, as per pics my left arm has been shattered recently so trying this didnt help.

Like an idiot ive managed to pull off the holding in clip for the lamp and for an hour i have tried but cant get the blasted thing back on.

Was hard enough trying to hold the lamp in but now im totally messed up.

Anyone got any tips or tricks on how to get the clip back on the holder.

Is it easy to remove the whole headlight and attach.

Im really struggling any help would be appreciated.

Im in the Birmingham area if anyone local can help that would be awesome too.

its a pig to put back on, but you will get there , little hands help, pop into msl im sure they can give you a hand
