W211 No Telephone Audio Through Comand

I'm using the Viseoo MBU-1000 in the armrest which has been working fine for the last week but today the system is connecting and showing on comand but no audio is coming through when I make a call, it simple cuts out after 1-2 seconds.

I've re-paired my iphone and even tried the wife's but the outcome was the same, no audio but connected display on dash with call timer, number etc.

Can anyone offer any suggestions?

The Nav is working fine, radio etc.

I had this problem with my iPhone 4S a few weeks after the existing MB iPhone interface was re-programmed by my MB dealer.

There was no rhyme or reason why but the Wife's iPhone still worked and all the settings I could see were identical.

Solved it by re-installing the software on my phone to factory settings and it's worked ever since.

Still don't know what changed on it or how!
