W211 Passenger mirror: no light and adjustment

Hi,
Couple weeks ago I bought used 2005 E320 CDi. There were couple problems, but I thought I'll fix it. Dash were showing that left-side mirror turning light is not working. I bought new lense but when I plugged in still not working. I also noticed that the mirror is not adjusting automatically from inside car. But the mirrors are folding from inside and when locked.
Do I need all housing or it can be fixed somehow? Any advice guys? That message on dash is so annoying..

Broken wires at the hinge where it folds - very common. You can fit a new mirror body if you're feeling flush, or repair the wires in situ. When fixed, get mirror folding disabled.

Ive Just put a claim in for a mirror body to WarrantyWise as my mirror keeps twitching due to a broken wire, if declined a repair shall be done.

Is it easy access to the wires? My hands bit big ... sometimes have problem getting in where is tight

Oh thanks, I dont get how I never seen this post before, I've been looking everywhere.
