Anybody know the cheapest way to ship them?

My postcode is PR2 6 (Preston in Lancs). Bars sandwiched together are 130cm x 5cm x 3cm - the feet and covers would add a bulge in two places (hope that makes sense!!) I'd have weight at no more than 10Kg
