W211 seat sensor - plug location?

Hi, can anyone confirm if this is the correct plug for the seat sensor (as indicated by the red arrow pointing down, apologies for the upward one!)?

Trying to fit an emulator which comes with a female socket - supplier insists this correct, but given that the outgoing socket is also female it doesn't make sense. As it is the emulator will only plug into the socket leading back to the sensor in the seat.

Has no-one any idea if this is the right connector for the seat sensor on the passenger seat of a W211?

I can't believe it's an uncommon problem, so any informed comment gratefully received
