W211 Steering Controls & Memory Seat Button Queries

On the W211 Sport that I've just bought there are a couple of things I need to sort.

Firstly, the + button on the steering wheel controls isn't working, is it much of a job to replace?

Secondly, the headrest button on the drivers memory seat is missing, does anyone know if it's a ball ache swapping the full switch set or should I just source the one button and glue it on?

I had the whole adjustment panel replaced which was £90 I think.

I didn't do it so not sure how painful but it's got to be worth a punt at glueing?

Mine had been glued to the panel as the switch itself was broken. Then I broke it off trying to adjust it...

The seat adjustment button is around £90 as is the steering wheel control button.
