W211 Transmission Fluid Flush?

Recently I have been experiencing a bit of noise when shifting through P, R, and D. On cold starts when I select the R gear the car seems to vibrate a fair bit. Been told that I could most probably benefit from a transmission fluid flush. What do you guys reckon?

Ideally I would prefer for all 8 litres to be flushed just for piece of mind and will be taking the car to an independent garage.

What price would be reasonable? Car is a 2006 320 cdi sport with a 7 speed transmission.

upon further online investigation it would seem the engine and transmission mounts may need to be replaced

Yes. That's definitely a mounting symptom. Best to do all x3

thanks for the reply, what what you price the above work? the transmission oil on my car hasn't been done since 40k I'm guessing it's worth doing this at the same time?
