Hi got letter today spoke to dealer and booked in next Thursday. They said 1 hour to check and if new links needed 2 hours to fit

Wonder when they are going to issue one on road springs breaking prematurely! If I had a W211 the self levelling linkage/valve would not be at the top of my " suspension concerns" list.

I did notify them that the car was stolen. Think I'll call them on Monday just to be sure.

I had Airmatic in my old S-Class, it was a nice 'wafty' ride. The pump exploding in a wallet-raping frenzy provides one of my less enjoyable memories of it.
