W211 - WIS instructions needed for front and rear bumper removal and side mouldings

Hi All

I'm about to embark on some work on my car including re-painting both bumpers and possibly de-chroming the side mouldings.

I wondered if anyone on here has access to WIS and can post up the stages for removal for me. I think I have the front bumper covered as Alps previously did a great thread on removing his. I'm sure I can muddle my way through but always easier with some guidance and correct sequences.

Your instructions are great for the front, but I'm also looking for something similar for the rear bumper and side mouldings. I think the side mouldings are easy though, just a couple of torx screws unless I'm missing something
