W212 central Head unit missing mpg data

So as title states. I have a w212 E250cdi 2012 with the edition 125 package. I tried turning on Bluetooth audio and resetted the head unit. Now its missing all the mpg data as shown in the picture.

Anyone has a clue how to fix it? I do have an autel obd2 scanner so if theres a setting that needs to be changed i could probably do it.

Unfortunately I don't know how to fix this, but just to say that on MB cars it's not possible to do any coding or change any settings using OBDII scanners (including Autel and iCarsoft), instead STAR is required.

That been said, your infotainment system is either Audio20 NTG4.5 or COMAND Online NTG4.5, either way search Google for access to the Engineering Menu (aka Hidden Menu) and see if there are any relevant options there.

It is an older NTG 4.0. it was working fine. I did look into engineering menu but mine is mostly greyed out unfortunately. so an indy with STAR can definitely fix this?

Also i was able to change the display showing hybrid options and other fuel consumption values using Autel to try and see if that would solve it, but I couldnt get it to receive data.
