W212 engineering mode, Bluetooth audio

I have had this car for a few years and never been able to active bt audio, I can not access the normal engineering mode to change parameters. Does anyone know if this is possible on a w212 2012 with the sand colour boarders.

Assuming you have COMAND, it needs an update - speak to www.comandonline.co.uk

Just turned it on in mine, if you have 7 digit postcode it should be the same unit mines a 2011 350 cdi, followed this vid and then turned it on works fine, the phone worked before as well
