Its time for my first oil change of my e220cdi 2013, facelift. with 170k km(105k miles) on the clock. is the 229.51 5w30 the right oil for my car? Also what ATF should I use, its a 7g+.

Time for your first oil change is long past. The engine oil you reference is correct.

The ATF change is not an easy DIY job, the car has to be exactly 43C temp to get the level right and you need the service kit from merc with the replacement filler tube etc

^ Get the ATF from the main dealer.
There is a difference between the fluid used in a 7g and a 7g+ transmission.
Sorry, unsure which one you need.

As I know if the car has eco is 7g+, if thats right mine is 7g+

Mine has Eco and is a 7g+

If you give your dealer your Vin# they will supply the correct ATF.

7g+ needs MB 236.15 with intervals change every 125.000 km or 5 years.

BTW I change mine every 80.000 km and use the Fuchs TITAN ATF 7134 FE.

Thank you. Previous owner stated that he changed it 10-15k km ago but I wanna change it my self to know that Im driving the car with the correct fluid and to remove some kicks. Do you know what is the capacity?

9 liters including the torque converter flush.
