W212 how to reset A1 service

Hi I know how to reset service on w212

But to day it wouldn't work on a w212 E220 2013
The car has only 13,000 miles in it guy barely drives it its in for the A1 service

Did service went to reset service interval
Did the correct. Procedure
But after it Asked last question which normally you get service reset
This time it is saying service could be not reset

Any ideas

I did all that today and no luck

I know it works the correct way I posted wrong pic from phone but for some reason it won't on this car

It's the first service it's got as the guy only did 13,000 miles had to ask him to come back to do it

I'm going to ring the head Mackanic in my local MSL and get advice of him

I used xentry to reset it all done
