Anyone help me with the WIS for a water pump on a W212 OM651 (WDD2120032A345076) please ?

For some reason I can't seem to get logged into Xentry, DSB or WIS for the past 2 days.

Ok, I have access to wis, how do I convert the files off my pc screen to a document, u can't find a "button" on the wis screen to do that?
