W212 Petrol; M274 Engine, Fuel filter replacement

Hi folks,
The MB maintenance book says the fuel filter is to be replaced every 150k/15years which is a bit too much for my liking.
Anybody know where the fuel filter is located and how involved it is?
Lots of info on the diesels drivetrains but not so much petrol, specifically M274 engine.
