W212 Radio head unit swap from APS50 to Ntg4.5

Hi i have W212 e200 CDI from '11.
I have Head unit APS50 with build in sat nav and i would like upgrade it to ntg4.5.
Maybe any one know if its lot of job to do or it's like plug and play and i will remove old one and connect ntg4.5 and will work after coding.
If all cables will fit to new unit and gps will work normal as well

Or maybe You know any one who can do upgrade for me in Kent area
