W212 Software Versions

Hi folks,

As part of buying my car, the Mercedes Garage agreed to upgrade all of the versions of firmware to the latest. I've taken pictures of the diagnostic menu in COMAND -- can someone confirm whether this is indeed the latest?

So it looks like the COMAND firmware and Map data are up to date according to Kartenstand Comand beim W212? Seite 17 : Original geschrieben von kutjub Hier eine kleine Tabelle, ... although it's in German so I'm relying on google translate...

Current map data state in D

Current firmware version of the COMAND:

COMAND NTG 4.0: | Navi verse: 01.23.07_ECE |

Is that correct?

I'm interested in this as well, I was called up by my local dealer a week ago to say my W212 ( late 2012 ) needed a firmware update, with it's just had, but I have no idea what the update was for

I can check my version in a few mins when I'm in the car

Would be very interested to see your results, although yours will be a later ntg4.5

My nav shows v9 2013 but I'm unsure how to check any other versions.

The whole of command has been reset though.

I'm not sure if before the update I could select a phone contact to navigate to their address....

How do I check other versions
